Also, Baby got back.
(JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 3 Jotaro Kujo Statue Legends by Di molto bene.)
Received 2012.05.25 from AmiAmi: JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 3 - Jotaro Kujo Statue Legend by Di molto bene.
While if you look at him reeeeeally closely his paint job isn’t perfect, it’s something I only noticed in the closeup pics. When you’re holding him in hand you just take in the whole and don’t see all the little flaws (wow, is it just me or did that sound dirty?).
Next month: Star Platinum SL! Also, preordered Polnareff SL last week and I’m really hoping they’ll announced a Kakyoin SL eventually (soon).
Received 2012.05.18 from Hobby Link Japan: Tiger & Bunny Deformeister Petites (Off Shot Edition) box (10pcs).
Received 2012.05.16 from Big in Japan, the first of many Taibani figures: The Figuarts ZERO Kotetsu, Tamashii Web Shouten exclusive [Bandai].
Complete with an alternate arm bearing gifts.
I actually have zero interest in vocaloids but I preordered this Gakupo Kamui Nendo from AmiAmi anyway.
He has an eggplant steed. Think about that.
Togainu no Chi - Shiki 1/8 scale figure by Kotobukiya, received 2012.05.07 from AmiAmi.
He goes with Akira, whom I posted about a few weeks back.
I’m super-happy with him. Man, look at that outfit…
Sengoku Basara - Date Masamune & Sanada Yukimura Nendoroids, received from AmiAmi on 2012.05.07.
They’re very cute.
Tiger & Bunny G.E.M. Series (1/8 scale!) Kotetsu T. Kaburagi from MegaHouse: Preordered/prepaid at Anime Island (since all the “regular” sites were sold out pretty much instantly). He was $92-something, plus a mere ~$8 in S&H since AI is a US-based seller.
I already have a couple other MegaHouse G.E.M.s (Kenshin & Gintama’s Takasugi Shinsuke) so I have no doubts about the quality of this line of figures. He will be worth every penny, I’m sure.
It just wouldn’t be a figure post without the obligatory bum shots, now would it?
(Togainu no Chi - Akira ES Series 1/8 by Kotobukiya, received 2012.04.14 from AmiAmi.)
Received last week [2012.04.14] from AmiAmi: Togainu no Chi Akira - ES Series - 1/8 by Kotobukiya.
I’ve never played the Togainu game (I’d be more interested in Lamento with its resident bishonen catboys and demons, frankly) but I couldn’t pass him up.
The matching Shiki figure (as seen here) was paid for just this morning and should be en route soon.
